Return Policy

For orders of non-carton stock items, a full refund of product purchase price will be given within 30 days. After 30 days, a 15% restocking fee may be charged. Product must be returned in non-used condition in original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Please contact us for a RMA number.

If items are defective, they will be replaced at no cost to the purchaser. Return of products may be required and shipping will be paid for by the seller. If products are damaged due to shipping, purchaser must retain original packaging and provide proof of damage, so that we may file a claim with the shipper. Product will then be replaced to the purchaser at no additional cost.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
